Dropped vehicle off day prior for a 7:30am appointment. Went over what was needed to be done, which included a fix on the sunroof gasket and a full detail. The gasket keeps randomly popping out of place, was told all you could do was make sure it wasn't leaking. It's annoying to say the least that we have to keep resetting it and that's all that can be done. As far as getting a detail done, was told when I received the call to pick up the vehicle that a detail was no longer an option as they simply did not have time. Truck was going in for a 25k service and as none of this is a huge deal, but it's incredibly frustrating. Our schedules have to be adjusted to make these appointments, and rides secured. It would be nice to get everything done, as simple oil change can be done anywhere and will only take 30mins out of my day. Will continue to use the dealership but hoping for better communication and results in the future. More
