I dropped in without an appointment. So the fact that I had to wait in the beginning was really on me. I finally went in to ask about whether my car was being worked on because I’d like a ride home if it was going to be a lot longer. The car was already done, along with a bunch others whose owners were also waiting because they were working short and no one came in to the customer waiting area to tell us. But overall they did a good job with the car and gave me the 10% discount wi the out the coupon. I appreciated that and the fact they are very courteous. Just seems they don’t have enough people working the customer end of the service. More
