It seems they are overworked, understaffed and have no time for personal one on one attention. I am considering moving my trucks warranty service to Marianna Toyota because of your lack of personal attention to your employees needs. I feel that this is an ownership issue and not placing blame on any employees that you are employing. I am a retired Residential Contractor and understand very much "attention to detail".
