Panama City Toyota is a family-owned company that has operated under substantially the same ownership for over 25 years. We have significant ties to the community, and believe it is our obligation to make Bay County—really the entire Florida Panhandle—a better place to live.
Although family has tenure in the community and in the automotive business, the current leadership probably has more experience as an automotive customers than as an automotive operators. Hopefully this causes us to see everything through a “customer lens,” and keeps us from ever forgetting that unfamiliarity can be intimidating. We strive to eliminate that feeling.
An early tagline for the dealership was the recognizable phrase, “Where Relationships are Born.” While this may not always be used in the dealership’s current advertising, the sentiment remains. Here, our team recognizes it’s not about us, but instead it’s about you, the customer. You are the main character of the story and we are here simply to guide you into the perfect vehicle to accomplish your goals.

These include not only Toyota certified used vehicles, but also pre-owned vehicles of many other domestic and foreign brands. Bought car had 5 oil leaks major ones and they could not figure it out. I contacted GM and he bought back the car. I am 73 and did not need this in my life. Salesman s was terrible in our opinion never trie figure it out. I contacted GM and he bought back the car. I am 73 and did not need this in my life. Salesman s was terrible in our opinion never tried to help us after the sale didn't want to answer my questions. Glad I no longer have to deal with this dealership and salesman. If there was a ZERO rating offered they would get it from me. My driveway is ruined with oil spot one is huge. No offer to come clean up their mess. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will spread the word! Former PC Toyota owner of 15 years stranded by tire pressure warning light in new BMW. Walked to PC Toyota. Joseph diagnosed the problem, ordered the tire, pumped up the low tire and promised to call pressure warning light in new BMW. Walked to PC Toyota. Joseph diagnosed the problem, ordered the tire, pumped up the low tire and promised to call when the new tire came in. Three days later he called and I came back to the dealership. They changed the tire and did not charge for the first service visit. I wish I had gone with a new Toyota. I have always been impressed by this dealership - sales and service. Thank you! More
