Panama City Toyota is a family-owned company that has operated under substantially the same ownership for over 25 years. We have significant ties to the community, and believe it is our obligation to make Bay County—really the entire Florida Panhandle—a better place to live.
Although family has tenure in the community and in the automotive business, the current leadership probably has more experience as an automotive customers than as an automotive operators. Hopefully this causes us to see everything through a “customer lens,” and keeps us from ever forgetting that unfamiliarity can be intimidating. We strive to eliminate that feeling.
An early tagline for the dealership was the recognizable phrase, “Where Relationships are Born.” While this may not always be used in the dealership’s current advertising, the sentiment remains. Here, our team recognizes it’s not about us, but instead it’s about you, the customer. You are the main character of the story and we are here simply to guide you into the perfect vehicle to accomplish your goals.

Everyone is polite but not always very helpful or knowledgeable about some issues that have occurred with my 2022 vehicle. I have also asked for the drive thru car wash after the service and that did knowledgeable about some issues that have occurred with my 2022 vehicle. When it was complete they said they didn't find a screw. Went to get into my vehicle and there was the screw...in my tire. Unscrewed it myself and, as it was a very little screw, just left. Sometimes wonder if they are actually doing anything to my vehicle. More
