Panama City Toyota is a family-owned company that has operated under substantially the same ownership for over 25 years. We have significant ties to the community, and believe it is our obligation to make Bay County—really the entire Florida Panhandle—a better place to live.
Although family has tenure in the community and in the automotive business, the current leadership probably has more experience as an automotive customers than as an automotive operators. Hopefully this causes us to see everything through a “customer lens,” and keeps us from ever forgetting that unfamiliarity can be intimidating. We strive to eliminate that feeling.
An early tagline for the dealership was the recognizable phrase, “Where Relationships are Born.” While this may not always be used in the dealership’s current advertising, the sentiment remains. Here, our team recognizes it’s not about us, but instead it’s about you, the customer. You are the main character of the story and we are here simply to guide you into the perfect vehicle to accomplish your goals.

These include not only Toyota certified used vehicles, but also pre-owned vehicles of many other domestic and foreign brands. Terrible service, they didn’t fix the things I was mentioned it wasn’t working. They make me wait 30min to get set up while there was many people working, I had to ask at least 3 of them what’s the mentioned it wasn’t working. Only good thing was the shuttle and the guys that drove it. No follow up, no information was giving with the recall and the service that they performed.
