Panama City Toyota is a family-owned company that has operated under substantially the same ownership for over 25 years. We have significant ties to the community, and believe it is our obligation to make Bay County—really the entire Florida Panhandle—a better place to live.
Although family has tenure in the community and in the automotive business, the current leadership probably has more experience as an automotive customers than as an automotive operators. Hopefully this causes us to see everything through a “customer lens,” and keeps us from ever forgetting that unfamiliarity can be intimidating. We strive to eliminate that feeling.
An early tagline for the dealership was the recognizable phrase, “Where Relationships are Born.” While this may not always be used in the dealership’s current advertising, the sentiment remains. Here, our team recognizes it’s not about us, but instead it’s about you, the customer. You are the main character of the story and we are here simply to guide you into the perfect vehicle to accomplish your goals.

I took my car in to be serviced at 0730 and was checked in by 0733 which was great, I left the car since I did not have an appointment and I wanted one of my tires checked because it had a slow leak, I rec in by 0733 which was great, I left the car since I did not have an appointment and I wanted one of my tires checked because it had a slow leak, I received a call from my advisor saying service was done, but moving the car to another area to fix the tire and it should be done shortly after lunch, around 3:30 I called because I had not received a call that the car was ready only to find out it had not been touched since it was moved, this is not acceptable. I have been a long term toyota customer, this was the fourth lease car I had gotten from toyota and I purchased it after the lease was up. Someone dropped the ball so there is no way I would give a five star review for this visit. More

I made an appointment online. when I showed up at the appointed time , no one was aware of the appointment or what work I needed. after a while I was told that my car needed rear when I showed up at the appointed time , no one was aware of the appointment or what work I needed. after a while I was told that my car needed rear brakes, it would cost $300. I authorized the service. a few minutes layer the same sales rep returned and stated that the vehicle needed mors parts that would cost $600 and the vehicle would not be ready until the next day. I declined the service. More
