Panama City Toyota is a family-owned company that has operated under substantially the same ownership for over 25 years. We have significant ties to the community, and believe it is our obligation to make Bay County—really the entire Florida Panhandle—a better place to live.
Although family has tenure in the community and in the automotive business, the current leadership probably has more experience as an automotive customers than as an automotive operators. Hopefully this causes us to see everything through a “customer lens,” and keeps us from ever forgetting that unfamiliarity can be intimidating. We strive to eliminate that feeling.
An early tagline for the dealership was the recognizable phrase, “Where Relationships are Born.” While this may not always be used in the dealership’s current advertising, the sentiment remains. Here, our team recognizes it’s not about us, but instead it’s about you, the customer. You are the main character of the story and we are here simply to guide you into the perfect vehicle to accomplish your goals.

These include not only Toyota certified used vehicles, but also pre-owned vehicles of many other domestic and foreign brands. Brought my truck for oil change and tire rotation. When I dropped my truck off, I knew that driver's side rear tire was low air pressure. When I received the truck, the same tire was low even though my paperwork showed everything was checked. Went back to dealer, they checked and filled the tire and remarked, good to go! I am now skeptical if ANY of my service was done correctly. My service advisor, Patric, had gone to lunch when I went back so he is unaware of any of this. By giving you this statement, it will probably be in my best interest to go to Marianna from now on. I was extremely satisfied with my service until this incident.
