Panama City Toyota is a family-owned company that has operated under substantially the same ownership for over 25 years. We have significant ties to the community, and believe it is our obligation to make Bay County—really the entire Florida Panhandle—a better place to live.
Although family has tenure in the community and in the automotive business, the current leadership probably has more experience as an automotive customers than as an automotive operators. Hopefully this causes us to see everything through a “customer lens,” and keeps us from ever forgetting that unfamiliarity can be intimidating. We strive to eliminate that feeling.
An early tagline for the dealership was the recognizable phrase, “Where Relationships are Born.” While this may not always be used in the dealership’s current advertising, the sentiment remains. Here, our team recognizes it’s not about us, but instead it’s about you, the customer. You are the main character of the story and we are here simply to guide you into the perfect vehicle to accomplish your goals.

At first I was hesitant because I sat waiting about 5 minutes waiting on a representative to come out. Once I was finally greeted, I had a great experience. They were very respectful of my privacy. The needed to get into my dashboard because it was locked. The actually asked me would it be okay if they unlock it to put in my filter. I was very amazed that they thought enough of how i may have felt before opening up my dash. That really spoke values to me. The wait time wasn't long at all and they wash my car too. The sales person was great. He was very helpful and went out of his way to meet our needs and found a way to get us to agree on the price of our 4 Runner. With that being said the finance associate was friendly at first but became frustrated with me for asking too many questions. I misunderstood the process to get the money from my bank. Thus causing him to eventually avoid us. I have never brought a new car so the process was unknown for me. I was relying on the salesman and the finance man to lead me in the right direction. More

I bought this car new from you. I've been stranded several times. I've had to get at least 7 batteries..there must be a problem! He has overcharged me.
