Panama City Toyota is a family-owned company that has operated under substantially the same ownership for over 25 years. We have significant ties to the community, and believe it is our obligation to make Bay County—really the entire Florida Panhandle—a better place to live.
Although family has tenure in the community and in the automotive business, the current leadership probably has more experience as an automotive customers than as an automotive operators. Hopefully this causes us to see everything through a “customer lens,” and keeps us from ever forgetting that unfamiliarity can be intimidating. We strive to eliminate that feeling.
An early tagline for the dealership was the recognizable phrase, “Where Relationships are Born.” While this may not always be used in the dealership’s current advertising, the sentiment remains. Here, our team recognizes it’s not about us, but instead it’s about you, the customer. You are the main character of the story and we are here simply to guide you into the perfect vehicle to accomplish your goals.

These include not only Toyota certified used vehicles, but also pre-owned vehicles of many other domestic and foreign brands. We moved here 15 months ago. I had my Toyota 4 Runner serviced at another Toyota Dealership. I smelt a burning smell and drove it to your dealership. There they stated that the I had my Toyota 4 Runner serviced at another Toyota Dealership. I smelt a burning smell and drove it to your dealership. There they stated that the other dealership did not tighten things down after an oil change. I have no problems since. I asked if you sold maintenance agreements, you do so I bought one for the 4 Runner. I visited again and started the process of buying a new Toyota Camry. The staff is knowledgeable and polite. More
