Panama City Toyota is a family-owned company that has operated under substantially the same ownership for over 25 years. We have significant ties to the community, and believe it is our obligation to make Bay County—really the entire Florida Panhandle—a better place to live.
Although family has tenure in the community and in the automotive business, the current leadership probably has more experience as an automotive customers than as an automotive operators. Hopefully this causes us to see everything through a “customer lens,” and keeps us from ever forgetting that unfamiliarity can be intimidating. We strive to eliminate that feeling.
An early tagline for the dealership was the recognizable phrase, “Where Relationships are Born.” While this may not always be used in the dealership’s current advertising, the sentiment remains. Here, our team recognizes it’s not about us, but instead it’s about you, the customer. You are the main character of the story and we are here simply to guide you into the perfect vehicle to accomplish your goals.

These include not only Toyota certified used vehicles, but also pre-owned vehicles of many other domestic and foreign brands. Garrett, Morgan, Henri, Nate and Veronica made it easy and enjoyable. This is my fourth Toyota. I enjoyed this purchase the most. Morgan introduced me to Henri who ordered the Camry. I wanted an XSE f and enjoyable. This is my fourth Toyota. I enjoyed this purchase the most. Morgan introduced me to Henri who ordered the Camry. I wanted an XSE for the V6 and the value. When Henri knew that a Camry XSE Hybrid was coming he offered and I accepted. This car surpassed my original expectations and was less expensive than the XSE I originally wanted. Nate and Veronica worked on the lease and Garrett came and closed the deal to our satisfaction. Garrett was fantastic throughout the entire process. Panama City Toyota should very proud of this team and and all the staff, including the service staff that I have encountered. Service sold us the extras like tint, trunk and floor mats we wanted.
