Panama City Toyota is a family-owned company that has operated under substantially the same ownership for over 25 years. We have significant ties to the community, and believe it is our obligation to make Bay County—really the entire Florida Panhandle—a better place to live.
Although family has tenure in the community and in the automotive business, the current leadership probably has more experience as an automotive customers than as an automotive operators. Hopefully this causes us to see everything through a “customer lens,” and keeps us from ever forgetting that unfamiliarity can be intimidating. We strive to eliminate that feeling.
An early tagline for the dealership was the recognizable phrase, “Where Relationships are Born.” While this may not always be used in the dealership’s current advertising, the sentiment remains. Here, our team recognizes it’s not about us, but instead it’s about you, the customer. You are the main character of the story and we are here simply to guide you into the perfect vehicle to accomplish your goals.

These include not only Toyota certified used vehicles, but also pre-owned vehicles of many other domestic and foreign brands. I've never been disappointed in the service at this dealership where I purchased my 4runner new end of 2018. As an additional complement, my father from Missouri who also owns a Toyota, had his vehicle dealership where I purchased my 4runner new end of 2018. Henri was a very good as salesman. I as a senior citizen am a little disapointed that the tires on the car were three different kinds. That is not something that I would have thought t I as a senior citizen am a little disapointed that the tires on the car were three different kinds. That is not something that I would have thought to check. When I called them about it they knew it and werent prepared to purchase one more tire to have back ones matching.. It wouldnt cost to much to just replace one more tire and have same type on front and same type on back, not two different kinds on the back. Anyway the car is loud when driving it probably because of the mismatched tires. Oh well, always learn something when dealing with the world and its many people, right.
