Panama City Toyota is a family-owned company that has operated under substantially the same ownership for over 25 years. We have significant ties to the community, and believe it is our obligation to make Bay County—really the entire Florida Panhandle—a better place to live.
Although family has tenure in the community and in the automotive business, the current leadership probably has more experience as an automotive customers than as an automotive operators. Hopefully this causes us to see everything through a “customer lens,” and keeps us from ever forgetting that unfamiliarity can be intimidating. We strive to eliminate that feeling.
An early tagline for the dealership was the recognizable phrase, “Where Relationships are Born.” While this may not always be used in the dealership’s current advertising, the sentiment remains. Here, our team recognizes it’s not about us, but instead it’s about you, the customer. You are the main character of the story and we are here simply to guide you into the perfect vehicle to accomplish your goals.

Totally much better than dealership was in 2018. We were made a promise with supporting lease paper work that we could buy our leased RAV4 Limited at a set price. After the lease we bought the car at $1200 more than stated. Shame! We came back because that managent was gone. At least I think so. So far very happy with our deal. More

Ken Julian was low pressure, I like that. David Teague seems to have a problem telling the truth. He told me 3 times there would be no penalty for paying off Wells Fargo early. The contrac David Teague seems to have a problem telling the truth. He told me 3 times there would be no penalty for paying off Wells Fargo early. The contract says there may be a fee up to $ 75.00. When I called Teague about this he said they would "cut me a check" if there's a fee. I asked him twice to put that in writing but apparently he refuses to do that. I sent him a reminder and he just ignored it. He also told me it would be 45 days before I could get the loan number from Wells Fargo Auto, it was actually less than 12 hours. I felt bush-whacked when I got to the finance dept and learned the doc fee was $ 900.00, the highest in the US. Then there's all the other fees on top of that. I don't feel my trade-in value was fair. I would not recommend PC Toyota. More
