Panama City Toyota is a family-owned company that has operated under substantially the same ownership for over 25 years. We have significant ties to the community, and believe it is our obligation to make Bay County—really the entire Florida Panhandle—a better place to live.
Although family has tenure in the community and in the automotive business, the current leadership probably has more experience as an automotive customers than as an automotive operators. Hopefully this causes us to see everything through a “customer lens,” and keeps us from ever forgetting that unfamiliarity can be intimidating. We strive to eliminate that feeling.
An early tagline for the dealership was the recognizable phrase, “Where Relationships are Born.” While this may not always be used in the dealership’s current advertising, the sentiment remains. Here, our team recognizes it’s not about us, but instead it’s about you, the customer. You are the main character of the story and we are here simply to guide you into the perfect vehicle to accomplish your goals.

These include not only Toyota certified used vehicles, but also pre-owned vehicles of many other domestic and foreign brands. Every body was great , am extremely satisfied with the car. The one thing that I was not satisfied is that I only got 1 fob with the car. I feel that one should get 2 fobs like you do with a standard car. The one thing that I was not satisfied is that I only got 1 fob with the car. I feel that one should get 2 fobs like you do with a standard keyed auto. You were willing to make me one for 460.00. Can buy one on Amazon for 70.00 and tuned at a lock smith for around 30.000. Personally in think you guys can afford to set me with another fob don’t you? I paid cash for the car that was over blue book bought part of your service program without complaint.
