I had been doing months of research to find the perfect car for us and was stuck between the Chevy Traverse or the Toyota Highlander. Once it came down to the day I wanted to make a final decision, John Nicholson came in on his day off to accommodate me (since it was MY only day off). We test drove first thing in the morning and I fell in love with it. It has everything I wanted in a car, including the captain seats in the second row. I knew right away it was what I wanted, but figured I’d give the Traverse a look too. Couldn’t even compare. I let John know that I was sold on the Highlander and I decided to go on and lease it that day. I am a young adult with not much experience with “adulting” yet, so this was going to be my first time leasing. He explained everything very well and got the price down to what I could afford and was very informative about the process. Everything went smoothly, I had a great experience and I LOVE my new Highlander XLE! More

Everyone had a smile on their face and I was in and out with a full, clear and concise report of the status of my Tundra in 35 minutes. Smitty even had my truck cleaned.
