We went over the technology of the vehicle good enough to get it on the road and back home, however, we didn't go over things like how to check the engine and drivetrain fluid levels. It almost seems like these days we are purchasing a computer with a vehicle attached to it. Understanding the technology that helps operate the vehicle is important, but knowing where to look and how to do basic service on the vehicle is, in my opinion, equally if not more important. Overall a very good experience, this is the second vehicle I've purchased from PC Toyota, and both times it was a fast and smooth process. More

I have had issues with the service here, seems hit or miss. Once for a wiring harness a rodent caused, and that went fairly well. Was told it can’t be turned off for a conventional cc setting. I asked if he and his “master tech” was sure about that. Was told, yep that’s the way it is. I had to find a YouTube video on it to find out how to switch it off. Mr Strassler and his “master tech” could use some training.on how the Toyotas they sell, work. More
