I gave this dealership one star only because it was necessary to post a comment. Panama City Toyota charged me $125 to diagnose the engine warning lights on my 2007 Toyota Tundra. They put the vehicle necessary to post a comment. Panama City Toyota charged me $125 to diagnose the engine warning lights on my 2007 Toyota Tundra. They put the vehicle on a lift and noticed it was dripping oil. The diagnosis was that the engine had "blow by" of oil because the engine was worn out and I needed to replace the engine at a cost of over $6,000. The "expert Toyota mechanics" at this dealership could not turn off the engine warning lights. I am not a mechanic, but decided to look the engine over myself before I junked the truck at 164,000 miles. I discovered the PCV valve was completely clogged and oil was being blown into the air filter. I replaced the PCV valve and hose, the air filter and the spark plugs at a cost of less than $75. The truck ran great, and a competent mechanic turned off the warning lights. That was over 5,000 miles ago and the engine still runs great and uses no oil. I did not return to the dealership for a refund because there is no possible acceptable reason for their "diagnosis", and I was afraid what I might do if I ever darkened their door again. More

What can I say..."Just awesome!" A few days ago I went to P.C Toyota with some questions about purchasing a full-size pick-up truck. I spoke briefly with John Nicholson then sat down at a table to discuss what I was looking for. After a short while he recommended the 2020 Tundra. I looked at several models, and settled on the 1794 Edition. He helped me work out all the details and asked me to come back the next day to finalize the paperwork. Before I left, I told John my friend was looking to trade in her vehicle for a 2020 Highlander. He asked me if she was able to come in the next day. I said yes. So we both came in the next day and spoke with John. All went so well that my friend and I departed the dealership with 2 new vehicles. We were both happy and excited. John made it possible for us to buy exactly what we were looking for. Thank you for your outstanding salesmanship and all you did for us. You really went above and beyond what any salesman would have done. I did not know you could sell 2 vehicles at the same time, but you did. :-) You are truly remarkable! More
