Panama City Toyota is a family-owned company that has operated under substantially the same ownership for over 25 years. We have significant ties to the community, and believe it is our obligation to make Bay County—really the entire Florida Panhandle—a better place to live.
Although family has tenure in the community and in the automotive business, the current leadership probably has more experience as an automotive customers than as an automotive operators. Hopefully this causes us to see everything through a “customer lens,” and keeps us from ever forgetting that unfamiliarity can be intimidating. We strive to eliminate that feeling.
An early tagline for the dealership was the recognizable phrase, “Where Relationships are Born.” While this may not always be used in the dealership’s current advertising, the sentiment remains. Here, our team recognizes it’s not about us, but instead it’s about you, the customer. You are the main character of the story and we are here simply to guide you into the perfect vehicle to accomplish your goals.

These include not only Toyota certified used vehicles, but also pre-owned vehicles of many other domestic and foreign brands. Tried to sell me a car with engine problems. Engine light came on after I left the lot. Took the car back and had their service department check it out. Was told that it was a recall and had to Engine light came on after I left the lot. Took the car back and had their service department check it out. Was told that it was a recall and had to be taken to the mercedes dealership to get it fixed. Turned out it was not a recall but a faulty fuel pump and a leaky head gasket. Cost me 235 dollars to get the diagnostic test. I had to stop the funding on the loan and make them take it back and cancel the purchase. I was told that my down payment would be refunded and that was over a week ago. Still waiting for my refund. I will not be dealing with this dealership again More
