Panama City Toyota is a family-owned company that has operated under substantially the same ownership for over 25 years. We have significant ties to the community, and believe it is our obligation to make Bay County—really the entire Florida Panhandle—a better place to live.
Although family has tenure in the community and in the automotive business, the current leadership probably has more experience as an automotive customers than as an automotive operators. Hopefully this causes us to see everything through a “customer lens,” and keeps us from ever forgetting that unfamiliarity can be intimidating. We strive to eliminate that feeling.
An early tagline for the dealership was the recognizable phrase, “Where Relationships are Born.” While this may not always be used in the dealership’s current advertising, the sentiment remains. Here, our team recognizes it’s not about us, but instead it’s about you, the customer. You are the main character of the story and we are here simply to guide you into the perfect vehicle to accomplish your goals.

The purchasing experience was very easy. Financing was straight forward, and the whole process from the time I pulled into the parking lot to the time I was back on the road only took about Financing was straight forward, and the whole process from the time I pulled into the parking lot to the time I was back on the road only took about two hours. We went over the technology of the vehicle good enough to get it on the road and back home, however, we didn't go over things like how to check the engine and drivetrain fluid levels. It almost seems like these days we are purchasing a computer with a vehicle attached to it. Understanding the technology that helps operate the vehicle is important, but knowing where to look and how to do basic service on the vehicle is, in my opinion, equally if not more important. Overall a very good experience, this is the second vehicle I've purchased from PC Toyota, and both times it was a fast and smooth process. More

I am a new owner of a beautiful new Platinum Grand Highlander Hybrid Max. Had an amazing experience with everyone I encountered from Ben, Garrett,Rolland and David. Truly appreciated Ben for being so knowledgeable about the car I was looking for. He was friendly and NOT pushy. I was looking at a Lincoln Nautilus from the dealership close by. They had salesmen that worked there over a year and couldn’t give me basic info on the car and dropped the ball with communication. I knew at that point how much I appreciated Ben’s knowledgeable being A+. Everyone at Toyota Panama City was amazing and fun to deal with on the purchase day. Ben also made sure he went through all the features before I drove off the lot. My good friend had encouraged me to go to that location because she had bought a Hybrid Lexus recently. I have had issues with the service here, seems hit or miss. Once for a wiring harness a rodent caused, and that went fairly well. The second I called about the radar cruise control, talked to the service writer. Mr Strassler, who talked to the “master tech” on how to get the radar mode to turn off. Was told it can’t be turned off for a conventional cc setting. I asked if he and his “master tech” was sure about that. Was told, yep that’s the way it is. I had to find a YouTube video on it to find out how to switch it off. Mr Strassler and his “master tech” could use some training.on how the Toyotas they sell, work. More
