Panama City Toyota is a family-owned company that has operated under substantially the same ownership for over 25 years. We have significant ties to the community, and believe it is our obligation to make Bay County—really the entire Florida Panhandle—a better place to live.
Although family has tenure in the community and in the automotive business, the current leadership probably has more experience as an automotive customers than as an automotive operators. Hopefully this causes us to see everything through a “customer lens,” and keeps us from ever forgetting that unfamiliarity can be intimidating. We strive to eliminate that feeling.
An early tagline for the dealership was the recognizable phrase, “Where Relationships are Born.” While this may not always be used in the dealership’s current advertising, the sentiment remains. Here, our team recognizes it’s not about us, but instead it’s about you, the customer. You are the main character of the story and we are here simply to guide you into the perfect vehicle to accomplish your goals.

These include not only Toyota certified used vehicles, but also pre-owned vehicles of many other domestic and foreign brands. I trust none other than Toyota Dealership for Panama City, Florida to work on my vehicle. Whether it is to change my oil, air in my tires etc, I can rest assured that my vehicle is in good hands. Please consider another Toyota dealership. Wasted thousands of dollars here, with consistently poor at best customer service. Quoted a hybrid replacement for my 2010 Toyota Prius for $1,500 Wasted thousands of dollars here, with consistently poor at best customer service. Quoted a hybrid replacement for my 2010 Toyota Prius for $1,500 just for the part itself, but found a local mechanic who got a no-aftermarket, new hybrid for Toyota cost plus labor, fully installed for $1,150.00. I see Matt Rowe is still there, so don't bother asking how much longer will your vehicle be ready after a 1 hr 45 min wait for a pre-scheduled oil change with the lobby cleared, folks leaving after your arrival, he'll say "I WILL NOT BE RUSHED!" Never at his desk, everyone ignores you. That was a year ago and another dealership suggested I leave this review, this is clearly unacceptable. More

Went in for an oil change. I asked them to check tire pressure. They said they always do anyway. Left with tire pressure at 31 psi on almost all four tires. Did not do what they were supposed to. Makes me wonder if they changed the oil. More
