Service never stops I purchased my Camry 2 years ago. I got a good deal and was treated well. Over the past 2 years the ongoing service far exceeds my expectations. My last service appointment I was killing time looking at the new models. I got into a conversation with Rich, a sales person. I was initially protective because I wasn't looking to buy a car. We spoke about many things but never did he try to sell me. We got talking about the upcoming weather. One thing led to another and he encouraged me to talk to the parts people anlut about snow tires. I am thrilled to say Jeff was friendly and knowledgeable, which led me to purchasing winter tires. After 2 years I am still looking for someone who works at Palmiero that is not friendly and helpful. I hope that never happens, keep up the good work. More
Misdiagnosis Had my 2006 Toyota Sequoia serviced and inspected 8/18/17, at that time the dashboard lights for ABS,VSC, BRAKE were lit. Technician checked codes Had my 2006 Toyota Sequoia serviced and inspected 8/18/17, at that time the dashboard lights for ABS,VSC, BRAKE were lit. Technician checked codes, bled brakes, checked sensors and charged $180.45 for a quote for SKID CONTROL ECU at $966.72. Took car home, tapped on ABS computer, jiggled brake master cylinder float, disconnected battery for 1 hour. Warning lights went out and have stayed out for over 1 month with many starts and stops. Discussed some refund for misdiagnosis, but was told they were sorry I was upset, but no help. Will avoid doing business with this company in the future. More

Seth Murphy was responsive to my preferences and desires, was helpful in determining what I needed but didn't try to sell me what I didn't want. His previous experience actually helped quite a bit in knowing my personal circumstances. Would easily do business with him again, although I hope I won't be buying a new car for a while. I'm a long-time customer of Palmiero and am happy with the prospect of working with their service center for a long time yet. Thumbs up. More

Team Work at its best. I have had a Scion Hb for 2.5 years and I have always had great service no matter who was at the counter on my visits.
