Always have had very good experience at the parts counter. Truly a single source for Toyota parts. However, when tools were left in the engine compartment, the follow up from the team was lacking counter. Truly a single source for Toyota parts. Bill did not push but assisted me at my pace. I omitted to get my wife's signature on the title to my trade-in, which meant I then could not transfer my old plates. Bill jumped on the problem and solved i to get my wife's signature on the title to my trade-in, which meant I then could not transfer my old plates.
