We are always somewhat nervous to enter the process of buying a car but Palmiero Toyota and Joe Gugliuzza made it easy, pleasant and very quick. We actually went to Smith Gray's Interchange Auto used lot buying a car but Palmiero Toyota and Joe Gugliuzza made it easy, pleasant and very quick. We actually went to Smith Gray's Interchange Auto used lot first and talked with Cortney who seemed nice but never called us back regarding our offer. We then saw a newer Honda at Palmiero and asked if we could drive it about 30 miles to Franklin for our mechanic to check it out. Joe told us he would drive the car to Franklin then also let us test drive it in our area. We couldn't get in to the mechanic at a good time so decided to drive to Meadville. When we called Joe he answered all our questions and said he would have the car warmed up when we arrived the next day. Once there we drove it, he let us inspect everything, let my husband see it from a rack in the garage and didn't even seem irritated by our crying baby. We agreed to terms and the process was so fast. Joe also filled up the gas tank and said to let him know if any problems came up since they stand by their sales. In closing we wouldn't hesitate to do business again here and also will recommend them to anyone in need of a car. More

This was my first purchase from Palmerio Toyota and I have to say that they were very welcoming and MORE than accomodating. I wanted the car starter installed before I took my new car and they gave me l have to say that they were very welcoming and MORE than accomodating. I wanted the car starter installed before I took my new car and they gave me loaner for three days! Then they drove my new car to the shop to have the car starter installed and brought it back to the dealer. This is above and beyond the norm! I also ordered husky mats and they went out in the frigid weather to help me put them in. I would HIGHLY recommend Palmerio Toyota in Meadville, PA. More

Heater died on my 2007 Tacoma, used it as an excuse to get some numbers from Bill Barnes on moving to a 2014 Rav4. Service department resolved the problem. Bill gave me the numbers. Third vehicle I bought from Bill Barnes (1995, 2007 4x4 trucks and 2014 Rav4). It would have been convenient and less freezing of myself (40 mile drive in 10 degree weather) to go to the local Toyota dealership,3 miles away, but I trust Bill and your service department (second to none). In doing research on the Rav4 Toyota I was contacted by the closer Toyota dealership, made an appointment to get some numbers on 2014 Rav4. I ended up cancelling the appointment explaining that I would only buy from Bill Barnes and only allow the service department at Palmero Toyota to service my vehicle. Having worked for a high volume Toyota dealership in Colorado in the 80s for several years I understand how things work. Needless to say I am delighted to have a dealership the caliber of Palmero Toyota and that they are only 40 miles away. Love the new building. Dave More
I stopped by Palmiero Scion/Toyota, my Scion dealership, because I had read that Toyota was considering 'retiring' my current car and the future car I was hoping to purchase. I explained this to the woman w because I had read that Toyota was considering 'retiring' my current car and the future car I was hoping to purchase. I explained this to the woman who greeted me and she helped me with another request and said she would get the Salesman who could better answer my questions. When I returned a few minutes later Jim Britton introduced himself and assured me that the Scion of my 'dreams' the Scion Xb was very much in the future of Toyota, it was going no where! The article I read was correct in reporting that the Xd would have a short life span. Jim went on to share his appreciation for the Scion brand and started to listen to my interest in upgrading when I was able. He politely asked appropriate questions to find out why I did not feel I was ready now. He shared his knowledge of sales vs. leasing as I shared my love of cars and my love of the Scion Lab and surveying of the drivers to better the product. He assured me that Scion is dedicated to using those surveys to improve their product. He asked me if I wanted to sit down and see if we could work something out on the last 2013 that he had. I was excited about the possibility. There was no pressure. We spoke openly about the pros and cons financially for me just as I might do with a friend or colleague. Jim was not an individual that was pushing for the commission or looking to unload 'that old inventory'. He was looking for a good fit, happy customer-happy dealership. I have a three year lease. I have always taken my Scion Xb to Palmiero for all the service and I will continue now with my new Xd. Sales, Service, and Quality-Win, Win, and Win. More
