We love the dealership and we trust Bill Barnes and that's why we drove 90 miles to buy our third vehicle from this dealership. A friend recommended Bill in the late 90s and I could not have asked for a better experience and that is why I keep coming back to him and Palmiero. Our most recent purchase was a used 2010 Sienna LE. We spoke to Bill on the phone, explained what we needed, and he came through. In fact, we verbalized our commitment to buy on the phone before having laid eyes on the van(!) and then picked it up that week. I have had miserable experiences at other dealers. I know what that can be like. If you want a pain free - no, if you want a good experience at a dealership then go to Palmiero and ask for Bill Barnes. More

I said a little prayer on my way that if it was meant for me to trade, that I would get a salesperson who was easy to work with, who wouldn't try to take advantage of me (single female) and someone who deserved the sale. When I arrived they were extremely busy but within a few minutes I was assigned to Jason Gawlinski and I couldn't have been more satisfied. He does go above and beyond to try to make it the best experience possible. He's knowledgable, enthusiastic and accommodating. He was the perfect salesman for me and I will return for future purchases and will refer friends to him. I do think I should have gotten a little bit of a better trade value, but that wasn't really in his control, he was exceptional! More

I put a down payment on the vehicle from out of state and drove nearly 700 miles to purchase it. Kayla Carson was completely professional, honest, forthright and friendly during the entire process. she was easy to get ahold of and had spot on responses to all questions via phone and email. when I arrived to the dealership the vehicle was exactly how she described. after the purchase there was a minor repair needed ( a used vehicle from the east coast that has seen heavy salt use from the winter, this is expected) and the dealership took care of it. I didn't know purchasing a vehicle from out of state could be so easy. Kayla has completely restored my faith in the car sales industry and continues to uphold the quality that toyota owners are used to. I won't hesitate in returning when in search of another vehicle, Thank you! More

Unscrupulous!? I can honestly say I have never been treated worse or felt less confidence during the purchase of an automobile. The car we purchased was inaccurate I can honestly say I have never been treated worse or felt less confidence during the purchase of an automobile. The car we purchased was inaccurately represented to us via internet and chat at the get go, and when we arrived to view it was conveniently in service with 'all the oil drained out' so that we could only view it parked face-in in a garage spot while our sales rep, Jason, spewed out something about advising his customers to hurry trade-ins through before Carfax could catch up with accidents. We detected a cracked front grill and broken mirror that Jason had missed during the month the car had been in the lot, but ultimately agreed the following Monday via phone on a discounted price and conditions to include repair of those items, detailing, and a full tank of gas. Then on the day of pickup we found further damage not initially detectable in the dimly lit service garage, but we were blamed for the delays caused by this, our sales reps failure to ascertain the invalidity of paperwork faxed him days earlier, and the lateness of our arrival due to an internet failure at the dealership which stalled our departure. Every one was annoyed that the time had passed closing and all the dealers mishaps were apparently our fault, so we were treated with agitation and a total lack of professionalism and ultimately arrived home with a used car that had NOT been detailed as promised. Our first experience with Toyota Palmiero clearly did not convey the type of treatment and service this family owned business intends to provide its customers. More
