What he told me about were exactly the things other dealers were doing which end up costing the customer more money. She made the whole process less stressful and when it came time to pick up the truck she took the time to show us all the features and even set up my phone to work with the truck and the apps. That has not been the case at some of the other dealerships! We would actually rate Michelle with 5 stars. the reason I am only giving 5 stars was that we felt that we were really being pressured to take the extended bumper to bumper warranty when we dealt with financing(which Michelle was not involved in). We are also very happy with the Service dept they are very helpful and courteous. More

When I came to Palmiero Toyota, I was very nervous just knowing that car salesman can be manipulative. Jim was so down to earth and such a nice guy. He will be straight up with you about a car and won't sugar coat anything which was such a relief. I bought a 2011 Subaru Legacy and I love it so much!
