Very Responsive, Excellent Service I needed an oil change and the front brakes were squeaking a little. The dealer inspected the brakes and saw some heat glazing that was not a surprise I needed an oil change and the front brakes were squeaking a little. The dealer inspected the brakes and saw some heat glazing that was not a surprise since I drove it like a race car when I got it. The brakes didn’t need to be replaced they still had life, but to get rid of the squeaking the rotors would need to be resurfaced and the pads replaced. They were very honest and didn’t push any service the car didn’t need. Mike was my rep and he was very helpful and answered all my calls and questions. More
Still Waiting I have been waiting 2 years for service on the recall to replace my dangerous airbags and when I finally got a letter saying that the parts were avail I have been waiting 2 years for service on the recall to replace my dangerous airbags and when I finally got a letter saying that the parts were available I called Palmetto Ford to schedule the service. It took most of a week to finally get in touch with the service guy and instead of scheduling me then he said he'd have to order the parts and then call me "in a few weeks" when they came in. I am still waiting and it's been a lot longer than "a few weeks." I suppose I'm going to have to start the excruciating experience of leaving messages over and over in hopes of getting a call back. According to the initial recall notice 2 years ago I shouldn't have anyone sit in the passenger seat all this time. This is ridiculous. More

This was my first experience with the process so I was a little I was told to bring my Ford Escape here to be serviced due to two recalls my car had. This was my first experience with the process so I was a little nervous. I called and spoke to someone that connected me to the service dept. where I spoke to Bob Pace who eased my nervousness and set up my appointment. I set up a rental car (not realizing that they offer a program for some recalls that allow you a rental for free or discounted). I came in and was surprised at how friendly everyone was even down to the shuttle driver who dropped me off for FREE to pick up my rental. I later discovered from a friend about the recall rental program and asked Mr. Pace about it. He explained to me that it is usually set up at the beginning of the service by them and not at the end but he would see if I could get any refund on my rental...Well to my surprise I get a phone call from him a couple of days later telling me that he was able to get me the refund! I even received a call from someone after my car was finished that asked me how the car was doing and if I had any concerns. This was the best customer service I've gotten in a long time! I am so happy I bought my car here and I recommend this dealer to anyone out there that wants 5* service! More

Amazing Customer Service I called this dealership prior to having my husband bring my car. When I called I spoke with Mr Jim M telling him that I was panicking because a pie I called this dealership prior to having my husband bring my car. When I called I spoke with Mr Jim M telling him that I was panicking because a piece had fell off my car. He told me to come in right away to have it fixed. My husband took my car there and brought it back to me fixed, wash and vacuumed out all for FREE! I was blown away with the service not only because of the blessing but also because of the sense of urgency Mr Jim M showed. I could not thank the staff enough. THANK YOU AGAIN...you have made a customer for life! More
