I had a great experience with Palmetto Ford and Gary French, Sales associate. I came in with the car in mind I wanted, negotiated a fair price and closed the deal with without an issue; what's not to li French, Sales associate. We decided to buy American from a company that did not take government funding during the 2009 economic downturn. Ford continued to make a profit and Ford car quality has improved tremendously. We have owned the Fusion for a week and so far are unequivocally very pleased with our purchase. Try Palmetto Ford, I don't think you will be disappointed. More

I have bought 5 new Fords since 2005 from Bill Pappas at Palmetto Ford. I go by when they are closed and looked at the cars then my wife calls and tells him which one she wants. When we do leave him a message on the phone it is returned within the hour normally within 10 minutes.mY wife has a 59 minute return call policy, she calls it her "If it is not returned within 59 minutes and they are in the building, they aren't interested". Believe me, he is interested. He always greats my wife with a bright cherry smile. When we purchase our cars he goes out with her to demonstrate how things work. I will continue to buy my cars from Bill Pappas and always tell my friends about him personally. Sandi loves to get in early , get business done and back home early. Bill is always there by 8:45 and usually Sandi is there at 8:45. My son who has always been an avid Chevrolet fanatic recently said he is going to purchase a Ford this summer. He has finally listened to his Mom after 39 years. He has had nothing but trouble with his Chevy's so if we have switched even one, I did we did our job. When we returned home 30 minutes after purchasing our car, we already had a Thank You email from Bill Pappas. More

Mr. Miller was straight and honest with every question I asked. He was helpful with getting all the information I requested on the the vehicles and the differences on the different models. He went over the features of the vehicle and even "synced" my phone to the car before I left. I am happy with the car and the deal. I have gotten quite a few compliments on the car already. More
Paul was not only help but very hard working. He showed me several cars before I chose the one that i wanted. Kelvin is an critical asset to any car dealer and a valuable one to Palmetto Ford. He came into my deal after we had completed about 2 weeks of searching and tweaking where Crystal Platt had managed t valuable one to Palmetto Ford. Kelvin came into the process and finished up my rather complicated needs with ease and aplomb. His easy going - "make it happen" approach to the painful parts of car-buying helped me to really appreciate the decision to return to Ford after 10 years as a Dodge owner. Palmetto Ford has a true sales juggernaut in the team that is Crystal and Kelvin. Between them, they can easily, quickly and accurately address even the most complicated and annoying customer needs and work within the draconian system that is the American car buying experieince to make the customer not only happy but satisfied and - more importantly, glad they chose the product and the dealer that they did. Both Crystal and Kelvin are the primary reasons that I made my purchase from Palmetto Ford and after checking with 3 other Dodge dealers (including on-line) and 2 other Ford dealers, their attention and response to my exacting and demmanding requirements was the principal reason that I made it through the car ordering and purchasing process both sane and happy. We also told many friends about the very unprofessional reception that we encountered at Summerville Ford where we would have bought the same car as we did at Palmetto Ford, but because they were confused and acted like they did not want to sell a car, we walked out. We had the money to buy a car for cash in out pocket. As a car can be bought from multiple dealers in most geographical areas and consumers are usually well informed concerning the car that they want to purchase, the dealer is really selling service, which Gary and John did.
