Low pressure, no stress during sales process. Saleman stated what he could do and then he did it. Enjoyed the experience. The salesman did a very good job, went out of his way to make the sale. I told him at the beginning of the process that the pickup truck must fit inside my garage and that this was deal breaker. When it would not fit (my a couple of inches) he came to my house and we discussed the options. After he made me the offer of including the exterior and interior protection complete with the warranty as part of deal I agreed to keep the truck. The pickup truck had the exterior and interior treatment installed and was delivered as promised. I would and have recommended this dealership and salesman to one of my friends. More

I purchased a 2010 Lincoln MKT. Mr. Ruffin was very helpful in the entire process. But going around and around making a deal was sort of stressfull for me. At times, it got very difficult for me, but Mr. Ruffin was very good at keeping me informed to make the best decision. Working with the Sales Mangager and Finance personnel was also a new experience for me. The transition from Salesperon to the next leval was not a smooth one, but overall I made ith trough the process. Quite a unique experience. More

Ernie was extremely friendly. Instead of starting off by talking about price points as other dealers have, he simply asked which cars I was interested in looking at and directed me toward them.
