Everyone that I spoke to at Palmetto Ford during our buying process was very helpful and courteous..We chose to leave the car and pick it up the next day to have the First Place Finish car care system d buying process was very helpful and courteous..We chose to leave the car and pick it up the next day to have the First Place Finish car care system done.So far we are very pleased with it. When I returned to pick up the car John our salesman was off but he arranged for another man to go through a check list of how to operate everthing on the vehicle. He was wonderful as well.It has been a long time since a dealership has taken the time to show me where things were and how to operate them,I thank them for taking the time!! Although we almost left without purchasing a vehicle, so far I am glad we changed our minds.If the service department is as good as the sales department I know we will continue to use Palmetto Ford. Earler this year Graham Eubanks graciously put me with Tony Barron regarding the Ford Edge. When I came in again in June, not only did Tony still have all my information but he remembered me and my car ne Tony Barron regarding the Ford Edge. When I came in again in June, not only did Tony still have all my information but he remembered me and my car needs. He found a car in another city that met our parameters and had it delivered to Charleston, all of this while my husband's and my separate travel schedules were cunfusing. Of course he gave me a test drive and assured me that I would receive further instruction on the many amenities. Tony introduced me to Bruce who was so helpful as he did the numbers to my satisfaction. The receptionist was super personable and also remembered my visit earlier. I felt very comfortable and at home with the total atmosphere at Palmetto Ford. More
I enjoyed my experience at Palmetto Ford. My sales agent Cindy Frazier was very friendly and aksed me on several occasions if I needed anything during my visit. We went with the X-Plan purchase at Palmetto because of the low pressure approach by the team of Dan Ford and Kelvin Ruffin; if they treated us like 'typical' dealers we would have moved on. We bought a new Lincoln MKZ. There was a mechanical problem with the alignment that required extensive repair. I spoke to the sales VP, Bruce Bilsback about another vehicle. There was a miscommunications with the Warranty at the very end of the sale that lowered the scores that I gave the dealership over all. Instead of a 12month warranty I got stuck with a 3 mo.
