Gary French was our sales representative and he did an excellent job for us. He was very knowledgeable of the Lincoln and its many features. My first new car buying experience was much better than I expected. I had performed a lot of research and knew exactly what I wanted. I wanted a very specific and not so popular truck. In any of the negotiations Dave and team were always fair and changed my hard-wired stereotypes of how a typical dealership operates. Once we came to an agreement, Dave maintained frequent contact to relay status dates. A few days prior to picking up, I was able get all the paperwork out of the way in approximately 30 minutes. Finally, when I picked up my truck, I was shown every technical detail about the truck. I'm a computer engineer and I need help to quickly understand the SYNC system.
