I have been a dedicated foreign-brand car owner for a long time and IF I was going to drive any "domestic" brand, it was going to be a Ford/Lincoln product. The folks at Palmetto Ford literally did everything they could to get me into my new Lincoln MKS. I wanted to keep my payments as low as possible for budgeting reasons, and hence I was very close to doing a deal with yet another foreign car manufacturer, but I would have been sacrificing some space and features that I would have preferred for business and personal reasons. I could not believe that Lincoln would come close to satisfactory terms as we were very far apart but as I said, Palmetto Ford really surprised me and made it possible for me to end up in my MKS. On Saturday, 4/13/2013, I purchased my Lincoln MKX - 2013. I found the dealership to be very friendly and worked very hard toward my goal and pricing. I left with pricing terms that both the GM and I were happy. Joe is an outstanding, friendly and highly motivated salesman. His customer service is great as he tells it like it is with no beating around the bush. He was not pushy on Friday evening when my husband and I went to test drive and then returned from the test drive not to make a decision - that sold me! Brandon is exceptional at his skills as far as training with phones to sync - I didn't have to do a thing! He also showed me how to listen to my music and use the voice commands so that I didn't have to take my eyes off the road to do while driving. Today, I navigated to the bank! No problem at all! Although it was a lot to digest in such a short time with Brandon, he indicated I could come by at any time for another lesson. I may have to take him up on his offer. Al was patient and competently answered all my questions about the 2013 Escape. Bill had all the numbers worked up for the car of my choice when I returned from the test drive . He switched gears and refigured the information when I asked about a lease plan. I felt unhurried and under no pressure to make my decision. The fiance manager, Ron, is super competent with that paperwork! He really knows how to get customers through the process. Overall, everyone and everything regarding this dealership is A+++. I will be a faithful Ford customer as long as this dealership is there for me. More

The biggest problem with our new MKZ purchase was that it took so long for Ford to build and deliver the vehicle, and there was very little status information being made available to and through the dealersh took so long for Ford to build and deliver the vehicle, and there was very little status information being made available to and through the dealership. This was a Ford Motor Company problem and not the fault of Palmetto Ford Lincoln. Tony Barron treated us exceptionally well and did his best to track down information on the new vehicle's status. Brandon Fleetwood did a good job of explaining the new MKZ's controls and electronics, and we will certainly be going back to him for refresher courses as we get to know the car better. I recently purchased a 2013 Explorer from Palmetto Ford and it was an awesome experience. Prior to going to the dealership I called and spoke with the finance manager Mike and he gave me a ton of great inf and it was an awesome experience. Prior to going to the dealership I called and spoke with the finance manager Mike and he gave me a ton of great information. I am always skeptical going to car dealerships because they are not known for their honesty but everything that I was told prior to making the trip up there was true. When I arrived at the dealership Mike introduced me to my salesman Kelvin who was super friendly from the beginning. He right away took me out to start seeing what all I was going to want in my Explorer. He was very patient with my 2 year old son and made me feel at ease with the whole car buying process. Managers Bruce and Scott were also very helpful in making my deal happen. I explained I had been working very hard to be able to get this vehicle and I really wanted to be able to make a deal. They worked all day on my trade amount and getting a great finance rate. After all the paperwork was done and I was presented with the keys, the internet manager came out to my vehicle and spent 30 minutes explained everything about the technology in my vehicle and how to work it so I would be comfortable using it. I really appreciate the amazing service I received there and it was refreshing to walk away from the dealership being able to say I had a great experience. THANK YOU PALMETTO FORD!!! More
