Our experience at Palmetto Ford/Lincoln was excellent. Chris actually went the extra mile and came in on his day off to help us pick up the car. When I was delayed 2.5 hours due to flooding from heavy thunderstorms, he was right there with a smile when I finally arrived. The process was painless and we drove away in a wonderful CPO Lincoln that is everything we hoped it would be. When the time comes for another purchase, we will definitely go to Palmetto and ask for Chris Bobo. More

Buying a new car with John Miller as our salesperson was such a pleasant experience. John was extremely helpful and searched for a car at the dealership that would fit the specifications we required for a n such a pleasant experience. We had not thought of a Ford Taurus, but John suggested this vehicle since I needed a specific type of passenger seat to accommodate some physical problems. We ended up buying the new Ford Taurus SEL that John showed us that afternoon. John goes "beyond the call of duty" to make sure his clients are satisfied with their purchase. We are thrilled with our new automobile and will certainly return to Palmetto Ford for any additional car needs. More

We went to Palmetto Ford Lincoln to look at 2013 Ford F-150's and possibly trading in our 2009 F-150. We were allowed to look around without being bombarded by the sales staff (which is a turn off for us F-150's and possibly trading in our 2009 F-150. We were allowed to look around without being bombarded by the sales staff (which is a turn off for us) but when we were ready to look closer we chose to work with Kelvin Ruffin. Kelvin was very knowledgeable about the truck we were looking at, answered any questions we had but was never pushy. Once we decided on the vehicles we wanted to purchase (yes, vehicles), we moved on to getting a trade in amount for our 2009 truck and final cost of both a 2013 F-150 and a 2013 Focus. The trade in amount was very fair as well as the final asking price for the vehicles. No haggling, very straight forward. We also worked with Mike in finance and Dan with internet both very professional and seemed to value our time. Would definitely recommend Kelvin and Palmetto Ford Lincoln for your next car purchase!! Great experience!! More

This is my second time to try to answer due to the complexity of the form. As a woman I was greatly impressed and truly appreciated the attention that I recieved during all of this transaction, John M complexity of the form. He could not have been nicer. As far as technology goes Brandon was extremely competant and patient in walking us through the complexities of the MKX. In short it was almost an enjoyable experience except for the parting with the sizable amount of cash. Palmetto Ford is to be complimented on having two such gifted employees. More
