I just purchased a new Ford Fusion from Palmetto Ford. Kelvin Ruffin was my salesperson and he is excellent!! Friendly and personable, and most of all honest. I went to Ford and I was greeted by John Miller. I wanted to look at the F250's and John did a great job showing me the options and styles of the F250. After looking at the inventory on the lot I told John t to look at the F250's and John did a great job showing me the options and styles of the F250. After looking at the inventory on the lot I told John that I would like to "build my own truck". He was very familiar with that process, and we went to the computer and put my truck together. I was able to get the exact options that I wanted and the color that I wanted. I would highly reccomend John to anyone that is in the market for a new car or truck. Brandon Fleetwood helped me in this process too. I had inquired about my intrest in looking for a new truck through email online. Brandon was very prompt in responding to me, and he set up the introduction with John Miller. When my truck came in, I was able to sit down with Brandon to go over all of the electronics on my new truck. Brandon's knowledge of "Sync" in the truck was a huge help. Palmetto Ford in Charleston has a great group, and my experience was A+++. More

Kelvin was prompt, friendly and to the point. Not a lot of extraneous chatter, but appropriate conversation moving quickly to the task at hand. Kelvin answered my questions, moved through the process in a comfortable way. Clearly an exception from previous experiences, I did feel that Kelvin wanted to help my situation, not just sell me a car. The business manager too was courteous, efficient and effective in moving me though the forest of trees I had to sign. I will continue to use Palmetto ford for whatever other services I need and will see if this was a "one hit wonder" or if the dealership is always accountable and professional. More

Kelvin is fantastic at what he does and a superb person to boot. The vehicle I wanted (ExplorerSport) was not easy to find as they are somewhat rare.
