Bill Hunt was the second person my husband and I spoke to at Palmetto Ford. (Sharon had initially contacted us by telephone.) The service department is inept at best and unethical at worst. They did work on my vehicle on a part that was covered by a recall. They never alerted me about the recall but I found out about it within t worst. They did work on my vehicle on a part that was covered by a recall. I made them aware and they said they would be mailing me a check for the cost of part and service. Check never came, managers refused to call me back, and finally they said I’d have to deal with Lincoln because they are not going to cover it. I absolutely feel like I was taken advantage and would never trust this group with my vehicle again. Take your vehicle anywhere else for service but avoid these guys. More
