My Experience When I spoke with Al floyd on the phone, I told him of what I was looking for. When I got to the dealership, Al had the used car I was interested in ready to look at. We test drove it and I was pleased. Then he also gave me some other options, as well. There was a great deal on the same model and style of car which was brand new. The new car had a sticker price that was only $500.00 more than the used car. Guess which I went for. Al was great at helping get the deal together. Then I went to see Mike Kalinowski the financial manager. We all but arm wrestled to get the deal I wanted( kidding) Mike went the extra mile to get the deal I was satisfied with. All along, everyone was polite and helpful. Very thankful to Al Floyd who also kept me with plenty of ice water to drink on a VERY hot day out! I would definitley deal wilth Pametto Ford again! More

Very unhappy. On Saturday when I purchased the vehicle, they forgot to put the fuel in. I called the salesman, Floyd Burton, and he apologized. Bring it back on Monday, he said. After he put the fuel in, it didn't even reach a half tank. I could have stayed in Summerville if I thought that's all I would receive. Took me almost $55 to finish filling it up. I've bought cars from there before, and other dealers around Town, and they always filled it up. Ron Austin, the finance person, I found not to be friendly at all. After handing me the receipts, he didn't shake my hand, or even thank me. He just turned and walked away. Probably wasn't happy with me, because I didn't purchased the extended warranty from him. Therefore, you can bet I won't be back for more of the same treatment. More
