Would not recommend buying a used car from Palmetto Ford or Boston Fenton based upon online listing as the experience and car was not as represented online. Problems were misled such as crack in windshield that was hidden with price sticker, went to have it fixed and told by salesman that it was my problem. Have receipt for new radiator, cooling system and battery done by Palmetto Ford. Car lit up with battery warning. Again, contacted salesman told me battery was fine it the key fob, it's not the key fob it's the battery and in less than 2 months the cooling system failed and told by repair shop that it was not fixed with radiator replacement as dealership claimed. Trying to communicate with the salesman Boston has proven to be pointless as he offers no support other than telling me it's my responsibility even for the faulty repairs done by Palmetto Ford and only radiator is covered by a warranty. Cosmetically I was told it was deep cleaned only to find that when pulling cargo cover it was covered in mud and dog prints along with mud under the seats. I have pictures and documentation of all issues. I have owned the car for less than three months and does not run, needs over 2K in work. And to top it off, when purchasing I asked them to verify the correct address for registration, still they sent it to old address after filling out updated address form and the car plates were delivered and stolen from the old address. I felt the salesman was a fast talker who misrepresented the car, does not stand behind his sale or the work of Ford and took advantage of the hot used car sales market. The dealership has not responded. More

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR SERVICE! Let me start by saying that I am a Ford guy. I have owned more than 10 cars & trucks and dealt with multiple dealerships. This dealer is by far the worst service wise and that's not even close. Brought my Bronco Sport in as the audio went completely out. We were told it was an electrical component. After 45 days Kyle actually told me he would call me and to stop calling him. Is a weekly call too much? I did call 3 times to just schedule an oil change and didn't get a single call back. Guess they don't want my business or money. Long story short we had to drive back to where we originally bought the vehicle and they fixed as it was actually a software problem. They have been so frustrating to deal with I wouldn't even buy my next Ford here. More

I bought a 2022 Bronco Sport Big Bend and was able to order what I wanted, received an awesome price on the Bronco and a great trade in deal.
