I have never liked buying a vehicle because of the high pressure sales tactics used by dealerships. This was not the case with Palmetto Ford ... I have never liked buying a vehicle because of the high pressure sales tactics used by dealerships. This was not the case with Palmetto Ford. Everyone we dealt with was awesome. Dan Lentz exchanged numerous phone calls and emails with me helping me find exactly what I was looking for. Vince Hicks was our salesman and was a pleasure to be around. He was very knowledgeable and fun to talk to. Mike Kalinowski was the finance guy. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and went over all our options. At no point did we feel pressured to buy anything. We felt comfortable the whole time we were there and I have to say that was a FIRST for us. I just bought a new car from Palmetto Ford and could not be happier with my experience. It started out not great due to Ford itself not delivering cars quickly but that is not Palmetto's fault at all, they were incredibly nice and apologetic about it. The salesman I worked with Kelvin was amazing and super easy to work with. He knew what time I was arriving and was waiting at the door to greet me and then got me out of there as fast as possible. The car was fully fueled up, freshly washed, and waiting for me in the front. The manager then explained all of the features to me before I left. Called Jason Kelsey and he contacted my extended warranty company and got them to pay for my repairs. He really went the extra mile to help me when it wasn't his job to do so. No "Customer Satisfaction" Here! Having been told to drive 210 miles to trade for another Nissan Rogue about 2 weeks ago, Tom Slawson said I needn't have been told to drive all that d Having been told to drive 210 miles to trade for another Nissan Rogue about 2 weeks ago, Tom Slawson said I needn't have been told to drive all that distance , that he could have handled my trade. He seemed so sincere! After several hours, Tom promised me he's call the next day. He didn't! Then Lane called and said he'd handle things and would also call the next day,. He didn't! I have never been treated this way. Both men promised they would help me, and neither bothered. Customer satisfaction? They can't even spell it!!! I am disgusted with Palmetto Ford!!! P. S. I can't remember the person I first spoke to who urged me to drive the 420 miles (both ways) to and from Greenville. Please inform Manly Eubank that he has sub-standard, lying employees. Carolyn C.
