John Miller I had no idea I'd end up buying a car when I walked into Palmetto Ford on Saturday, February 13, 2016; but that's exactly what happened! John Miller was an exellent salesman who won me over right away. He was personable, friendly, and knowledgable about my (future) car and made me feel comfortable at the dealership. I fell in love with the MKX I drove and got the deal I felt comfortable with. I even got a great deal for my Town Car that I traded in. The whole staff was friendly and knowledgeable about my Lincoln. The finance department gave me great service and a smooth experience with the purchase. After purchasing it, Nicole Hagan, Customer Service Specialist, synced mine and my husband's Iphones to the entertainment system. She showed me how to use everything right down to my massaging seats! Heaven! I would recommend John Miller and Palmetto Ford to everyone! More

Great people, Great Dealer. I recently had to put down my 16 year old vehicle and found myself in the hunt for a new one. I came to Palmetto originally looking at a vehicle on t I recently had to put down my 16 year old vehicle and found myself in the hunt for a new one. I came to Palmetto originally looking at a vehicle on the "as is" line of cars, but not finding it to my liking soon found myself walking along with Bradford King looking at some other used offerings they had. We looked at a few cars, and Bradford worked hard to point out vehicles that fit what I was looking for. He was laid back and friendly, never pushy, and listened to what I was telling him. I eventually bought a vehicle, and we worked together to find an agreeable price with no aggressive tactics from Bradford or the dealership. He went out of his way to make sure that everything was done to the vehicle that needed to be done per the sales agreement. (the vehicle didn't have a hitch, and I needed one) Even meeting me on his day off to make sure it got to the installer. Overall Bradford is a good dude, I wouldn't hesitate to send anyone to him or Palmetto Ford to purchase a vehicle. Thanks guys for making a stressful process simple..
