Backup camera I was in for service 2 weeks prior to this visit on a Friday and parts had to be ordered. The parts came in but no one called me. I had to pay over $8 I was in for service 2 weeks prior to this visit on a Friday and parts had to be ordered. The parts came in but no one called me. I had to pay over $800.00 upfront for the parts. Thankfully I followed up and found out the parts were in stock and made the follow up appointment. The service was great when I was there but I shouldn't have to be the one to follow up. More

Even though we have taken video of the issues while they are occurring, we've been told because they cannot be duplicated at the dealership; therefore, there is nothing that will be done. This is extremely frustrating for a $50k vehicle that is 1.5 years old. It makes it difficult to use the benefit of a manufacturer's warranty to justify the purchase of a new vehicle. More
