Saved my vacation I had issues driving down to Charleston for a mini vacation. Body Shop is AMAZING! I was in a fender bender a few weeks ago and brought my car in to Palmetto to get a new bumper. Mr Thorne communicated effectively to the point where I literally had to just show up, hand over some basic paperwork, and take about 5 minutes to sign some additional paperwork. He also resolved an issue with a missing add-on (soft cover for the truck bed) in less than a day! More
