John Mount provided us with great customer service and he and all technicians gave us honest and accurate information of what needed to be done. Very approachable and friendly! We arrived at 8:30 am and explained our scenario of being in the area for only a short time. They were able to service our bus that day, and it was ready before they had predicted! Now we have fresh new oil and two new front tires, to get us through the remainder of our travels before our group makes their way home to Uganda and two others drive the bus to its home in Washington state! This incident was especially difficult for me since my husband had recently died and I did not feel confident in decision making, and was also extremely tired. Jim made me feel like I didn't need to worry about anything and took the responsibility off my shoulders without even knowing my current situation.
