OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!!! Mr. John was GREAT! I couldn't have asked for a better service writer to help me with my vehicle concerns! I dropped my vehicle off with John in the b Mr. John was GREAT! I couldn't have asked for a better service writer to help me with my vehicle concerns! I dropped my vehicle off with John in the beginning of the week, and he called me the same day with a diagnoses! This was very, VERY impressive to me because I work at a Dealership as well, in Mr. Johns position and if I had a client come in with out an appointment with similar concerns that I had, there is no way I could get the vehicle looked at the same day. When I arrived Mr. John set the correct expectation by letting me know that he would have to address his appointments first, as I understood! This was great example of customer service! I am more than pleased with my service with Palmetto Ford, & Mr. John! Way to go Mr. Mount!!!!!!! If I am ever in a situation with my vehicle again, I will definitely be coming back to see him!
