My experience here started off very well. My salesperson Kelvin was probably the only person that actually cared about what I wanted and trying to get to a price that is actually fair with justification bei Kelvin was probably the only person that actually cared about what I wanted and trying to get to a price that is actually fair with justification being presented and will remain a good friend to me. I wanted to spend my hard earned money with this dealership since I am from the low country area and believe in giving business to local business owners such as Palmetto Ford (Mr.Eubank). The (Sales Manager) Tom really changed the whole experience and attitude towards buying the vehicle and made it feel as if i could not AFFORD the vehicle and kept throwing a ridiculous figure in my face which in turn gave a bad impression to the Vice President (Bruce) who was very nice and professional to me as well until Tom told him otherwise. Who in return has lost not just a sale on a higher ticketed item which I was willing to work with it if they just showed some more fight and less unprofessional business etiquette(I guess this does not exist anymore) for my business when spending over 50k+ for a vehicle but they also lost a local long term friendship. Which is important these days. Thank you Kelvin my friend for all the time you have spent trying to get a deal together. I really do appreciate you. More

Was a breeze! I knew what I wanted and set an appointment online. Once I arrived I was greeted professionally and introduced to my sales consultant Trip Dunn. When looking over the vehicle I could tell Trip was very well versed in every aspect of the vehicle particularly the engine. He answered my questions and I was put at ease. I drove away from Palmetto Ford thinking what a great experience I just had. I will make sure to use Trip and the staff at Palmetto for years to come. Seat belt trouble Spent all day taking my car to car shops to try to fix my seat belt latch. (Obviously not safe to drive with no seatbelt!) Finally spoke to Jim on the Spent all day taking my car to car shops to try to fix my seat belt latch. (Obviously not safe to drive with no seatbelt!) Finally spoke to Jim on the phone at Palmetto Ford and he told me he was the guy that was going to help me. Boy was he right! After 3 car shops and 2 parts places, Jim had my latch fixed in less than 5 minutes! I purchased my first car here 4 years ago and I’m definitely a Palmetto Ford customer for life! Thanks Jim!! More
Nice surprise! We always hear about the not so good experience we can have when getting a service or product purchase but there are those exceptions that should be a We always hear about the not so good experience we can have when getting a service or product purchase but there are those exceptions that should be acknowledged. During a recent service with Palmetto Ford of Charleston which was repaired to our satisfaction I made mention of a minor hit and run in a parking lot to our rear bumper and what I was going to do myself to repair the scratches. Fortunately I was talking with Jim Moody, Service Lane Manager, who not only told me that what I was going to do was not correct but he provided me with the matching paint color sample and the instructions to repair it correctly. Thanks Jim for preventing a bigger problem than I already had and the methods to correct it. This was a step above and beyond and it is appreciated. More
