I will add and suggest that Tripp use less keywords and phrases he’s learned in training, although they are effective. Just a little more authenticity, initially will help buyers want to come back. Tripp does a great job on follow ups and building that relationship going beyond the normal call back procedures and what is asked of him by the dealership.
