I would absolutely send my friends and family to Palmers Hyu Palmers Hyundai is the only place that would help me get my car fixed. After our initial call with Derek he followed up the next morning with us as promised and was dedicated throughout the entire day to helping us find the car we loved that was still in our budget. I checked tire pressure as I left the dealership, and it was still one lb low, 32/31, to 33/32 after a few minutes driving. If they didn't check the tires as requested and stated, what else did they not do? Is 32 normal drive-out pressure? I spent almost three hours there for a one hour oil change. They had mixed up my phone numbers in the database and called my home while I was in the dealership waiting area, and only made one attempt to find me (the only 5 minutes that I was out of the waiting room.) And, one would think that after I have checked in a few times, and paid with my credit card a few times, you could get my name correct. More
