They Cannot Figure Out What’s Wrong With My Car I have a 2016 Hyundai Sonata Sport and I love my car, but I just want this one problem fixed. If I am at a stop light for an extended period, when I r I have a 2016 Hyundai Sonata Sport and I love my car, but I just want this one problem fixed. If I am at a stop light for an extended period, when I release the break and hit the gas to accelerate, my car “trembles” before it takes off...I have brought it to the dealership twice for the same issue and they have no idea what’s wrong...Obviously hooking it up the machine to get a “code” is NOT enough! My dad stated that it could be trash in my line, but I want the licensed professionals to figure it out! So frustrating that I cannot enjoy my car! More
Wizards I previously went to two other dealerships for a 2019 Santa Fe Ultimate and was turned down for my price point. Bobby told me to stop wasting my time I previously went to two other dealerships for a 2019 Santa Fe Ultimate and was turned down for my price point. Bobby told me to stop wasting my time and make the drive over...so I did. Raymond was excellent with showing me additional features that I was not previously aware of. Edward made the final paperwork a breeze. And of course Bobby held true to his word and got me in the exact vehicle I wanted.....and actually at $1 lower than my budget. Buying a car from Palmer’s was one of ..if not the best..car buying experiences I’ve ever had. More

Disappointed in response time I dropped my car off in the evening of a Tuesday to be looked at on Wednesday for a noise while driving. Wednesday around 5:00 I had not heard anythin I dropped my car off in the evening of a Tuesday to be looked at on Wednesday for a noise while driving. Wednesday around 5:00 I had not heard anything so I called. My car had not even been looked at. I was told I would hear back the next day. Thursday at 4 pm still nothing so I called again. They did not have any information on my car. At this point they had my car for two days with no information. Said I would hear first thing Friday morning. Around 1:00 I got the call. The gentleman that helped me was nice but someone waiting 2 1/2 days for someone to look at a car that was just dropped off to make it more convenient for the dealership, is just unacceptable. I was highly disappointed with that service. Overall the people that have assisted me have been nice but I think something needs to be revisited to work on response times. More
Awesome customer service!! I took my vehicle in for it’s 30000 mile service. I used the shuttle service to and from work which is a wonderful option to just waiting. Shuttle service was timely and an advantage add on to the service. Upon entering the service department everyone was friendly and professional. I had made an appointment and the paperwork was ready. Upon shuttle return to the dealership, my vehicle was ready and checkout was quick. My experience was AWESOME!! More
