I contacted the service department and made arrangements to bring it in to be looked at. Dale and the technicians in the service department who worked on my vehicle knew my situation and did their best to get my repairs done and send me on my way. Poor Customer Service The service level here left a lot to be desired. There appears to be a lack of overall organization, it was rushed and the service with a smile was mi The service level here left a lot to be desired. There appears to be a lack of overall organization, it was rushed and the service with a smile was missing. I had to come back the day after my service appointment to have the oil sticker service updated because clearly the miles on the sticker were inaccurate. I am not sure where the service representative got the number of miles from that was placed on my paperwork and that sticker. I had 69.3 thousand miles on the car when serviced and the paperwork had 53+ miles. How that error was made is beyond me? Although that may not seem like a big deal, it was an annoyance having to come back the following day to get it corrected. When I called back that Monday evening after noticing the inaccurate sticker, I sat on hold for nearly 10 minutes, hung up and then called back to be placed on hold yet again. One other thing I noticed was that my windshield was scratched in two (2) places and those scratches were not there previously. The only reason I was not irate over this was because I have to get the windshield replaced because of a rock chip that spread due to heat exposure. Additionally, I found it absurd that the service representative (Tyler) would attempt to charge me $19.95 when I asked if someone could clean the inside of my windshield (nothing more than that). It seems to me that customers who come in for service and/or recalls (I had 3 of them) would get a courtesy windshield cleaning or vacuuming, especially when your car was worked on for an entire day. Last but not least, Palmer technicians should be careful not to scratch customer vehicles in any areas and maybe not change their radio settings. It's little things like that that make a difference! Overall, it is my opinion based on my experience that there is work to be done in these areas. As it stands now, I would not dare return for any additional service unless I am able to choose my own service advisor and develop a working, trusting relationship with that individual where I know they will take care of me and not view me as just another number. NOTE: The best thing about my recent visit was my shuttle driver who dropped me off at home and picked me up. What a nice guy! He had the best customer service going! Unfortunately, I do not recall his name but keep up the good work! More

MANAGER BOBBY HENSELL WAS RUDE AND I PURCHASED A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AND THE EXPERIENCE I HAD WAS HORRIBLE AND INCONSIDERATE OF THE CUSTOMER. MANAGER BOBBY HENSELL WAS RUDE AND NASTY TO THE CUSTOMERS TALK VERY NASTY TO YOU, HE DON'T HONOR HIS AGREEMENTS WITH THE CUSTOMER WHEN HE PROMISE YOU THINGS HE DON'T KEEP HIS WORD AND THEN GOES AND CANCEL EVERYTHING THAT HE GIVES YOU AND DENY IT TO YOUR FACE. I COULD RIGHT A BOOK ON THIS BAD EXPERIENCE I HAD, I AM SO VERY UPSET AND DISTRIBUTE ABOUT THE WHOLE SITUATION, I COULD SAY MORE BECAUSE IT GETS WORSE, THERE IS SO MUCH MORE I SAY ABOUT THE SITUATION. We test drove a car and two days later purchased a car from this dealership. I didn't realize how far Hyundai had come from the Hyundai Excel in the 80's. Hyundai has come quite far in quality and options available on their vehicles. Andrew is very professional and a great asset to Palmer Hyundai.
