Setting REAL expectations I typically wouldn’t/couldn’t say anything negative about my Hyundai dealer/service department. However this time, unrealistic expectations were set concerning the time in which I’d receive my vehicle back. And getting in touch with someone to speak with me proved to be a challenge as well. Warranty They did great on the warranty work. Although my back window was down and needed a regulator, I believe they left my vehicle outside and it was raine They did great on the warranty work. Although my back window was down and needed a regulator, I believe they left my vehicle outside and it was rained in. They just don't go above and beyond the warranty work. They didn't clean up their mess in my vehicle; such as some dirt or grease left on my middle console and they didn't bother to remove the adhesive from the tape where I had to place a garbage bag over the window. And they're not good on updating a customer on the status of their vehicle. I understand when work gets behind and the estimated time of repair can't always be met; however, a telephone call would be helpful because I called 5 times before I was told when it would be ready. I never received a return phone call, although I was told I would get one. It's as if they didn't want to talk to me and would rather not until the call I received at 5PM asking me if could I be there by 6PM? I live an hour and 15 minutes away. I'm glad I was already on the road by the time I received that call. Organization and communication are key. More

They damaged my car Went to get my car serviced with tires rotated and balanced and when I checked they chipped my rims. I have specialty rims and they are black. It’s right around the lug nuts. And the edges like they just threw the tires around. I’m not happy nor satisfied with this visit! More
