I feel like Mike took a one on one interest in my effort from start to finish with my new purchase. He went out of his way to stay late the day of purchase to make sure I was confident in my decision, that meant a lot since I was so sorry causing this delay. He has since called to check on me and my new Tucson and seemed to really care about me and my decision. Although car dealers may have a bad rep this man truly proves that wrong! They booked wrong date, but got on in on the requested date We were a little disappointed when we realized online the wrong date was booked when we called by phone for our scheduled oil change and maintenance. We were a little disappointed when we realized online the wrong date was booked when we called by phone for our scheduled oil change and maintenance. However we were very pleased with what the Hyundai center did to correct it and get us in within a 3 day window for the date we originally chose due to our schedules.
