Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Spent a few hours there looking into our options and filling out paperwork. Mr. Minnifield assured us he would call later that afternoon to update us on the few hours there looking into our options and filling out paperwork. Mr. Minnifield assured us he would call later that afternoon to update us on the status of our application. We waited two days and never received a phone call. We stopped back by the facility and Mr. Minnifield got very defensive and told us that he had personal business at home that distracted him and kept him from calling us. When we told him that his behavior was unprofessional his response was "so are you trying to tell me how to do my job now?" Due to the extremely rude and unprofessional behavior we experienced, we called to complain to management. After hearing our story, a member of management assured us that they would look into it and call us back. It's now a month later and still no phone call. On top of all this, we were never informed that they were going to run our credit 10-20 times! It has been a month since we were there and still almost daily we receive letters in the mail showing where they ran our credit for different institutions. So after receiving yet another letter today I decided to call back to talk to them about it. I spoke with the operator because I wasn't sure who I needed to speak with about it. I gave her a brief description of my situation and asked her to connect me with the correct person. She asked me who my salesperson had been and I specifically told her who it had been and that he was the last person I wanted to discuss it with. I asked if there was a member of management I could speak with instead. She asked me to hold and transferred my call to Mr. Minnifield anyway! Even after I specifically told her that we had problems with him and I absolutely did not want to speak with him again. I placed another call to the customer relations personnel who didn't answer and I guess we'll see if my call is returned or not. I do not have one single positive thing to say about any aspect of my dealings with Palmers. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and I certainly will never take my business there again. More
This dealership is dishonest. Worst car buying experience I have ever had, and I have bought many new and used. Made a deal on a vehicle as it was and when I arrive to pick up the vehicle they have taken opt I have ever had, and I have bought many new and used. Made a deal on a vehicle as it was and when I arrive to pick up the vehicle they have taken options off of the vehicle to lower the value. Also, headlight was out which they very reluctantly fixed and brake light was out which they did not fix. The salesman was insulting. Finance guy was good though. **AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP** More
I have a complain about your costumer service in palmers Toyota superstore at mobile Alabama the salesman Chris d was nice with me but the officer Colton that sign the contract, he was the problem . on marc Toyota superstore at mobile Alabama the salesman Chris d was nice with me but the officer Colton that sign the contract, he was the problem . on march 29 2013, the officer Colton Sims that sing the contract for stock number:34394b, whit me told me that the used car I am buying was in good condition and they check everything is my responsibility if something happen after I left the dealer but I tell you that he lie to me, the car was bad brake rotors all four the second day after the purchased. and the transmission fail after only 3 weeks. I talk to the lien holder bank Santander consumer usa and they said the dealer should fix it because was less than 30 days and the car has bad rotors and bad transmission. that officer was bad person. after that I call the officer and he said that he will not do anything to help me because was used and as is no warranty even less than 30 days. well I will not refer anybody to such dealer. More

Recently purchased my New 2012 Toyota 4Runner from the Internet Sales Department and was pleased with the quick responses and answers to all my questions as well as a great price! Matthew Aria had my new Internet Sales Department and was pleased with the quick responses and answers to all my questions as well as a great price! The selling price of the car was about the same as other dealerships but there is no service after the sale at Palmers Toyota dervice department. This is the most unprofessional service department that I have ever experienced at a Toyota dealership. This dealership needs new manager in their service department. They refuse to perform factory warranty repairs. Do not take your car there for service. Take your vehicle to any of the other Toyota dealerships in the Mobile/Daphne area for service work. Do yourself a favor and avoid all of the hassle at Palmers Toyota service department. Toyota is a good product but take your business elsewhere for service. Palmers service department is a disgrace to the Toyota name. More
